Meet the Officers and Staff


 Chief Randal Schlauch  

Chief Schlauch started with the Hallettsville Police Department in 2002 as a patrol officer and appointed Police Chief in 2005.  He has over 25 years law enforcement experience starting in 1988 and has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Administration of Justice and Security.  Chief Schlauch is also involved as an Adjunct Instructor for Ottawa University and has taught an Introduction to Criminal Justice elective course at Hallettsville High School.  Chief Schlauch has over 3300 hours of continuous education courses through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.  

 

 Pamela Cinadr, Administrative Assistant 

Pam Cinadr started with the Hallettsville Police Department in 1980.  She holds a Public Safety Telecommunicator’s License through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.  Pam has numerous certificates of training including, TLETS Certification, TCIC (Less Than Full Access) Training, Sex Offender Registration, Crime Records Management, Domestic Violence Training, UCR Training, TX DOT crash report training, and is knowledgeable on Texas Criminal and Traffic Law.  Pam is also in charge of the Sex Offender Registration for the Police Department.  She handles all of the records and clerical work and administratively assists the Chief of Police.  Pam has over 30 years of experience at the Police Department. 

 

Lieutenant Erica Vaccaro 

Lieutenant Erica Vaccaro started with the Hallettsville Police Department in 2013 as a patrol officer and promoted to Sergeant in 2013. She has over 15 years of law enforcement experience. Sergeant Vaccaro holds a Master Peace Officer License and has over 1700 hours of continuous education courses through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.

 

 

 

 

Sergeant Saul Rangel 

Sergeant Saul Rangel started with the Hallettsville Police Department in 2006 as a patrol officer. He has over 8 years of law enforcement experience with a Basic Peace Officer License and has over 1300 hours of continuous education courses through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.

 

 

 

 

Sergeant Christopher Delgado 

Sergeant Christopher Delgado started with the Hallettsville Police Department in 2013 as a patrol officer after graduating from Wharton County Junior College Police Academy. He holds a Basic Peace Officer License and has over 800 hours of continuous education courses through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.

 

 

 

Officer Roderick Johnson 

Officer Roderick Johnson started with the Hallettsville Police Department in 2010 as a patrol officer. He has over 3 years of law enforcement experience with a Basic Peace Officer License and has over 900 hours of continuous education courses through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.

 

 

 

Officer William Mundine 

Officer William Mundine started with the Hallettsville Police Department in 2013 as a patrol officer. He has over 7 years of law enforcement experience with a Basic Peace Officer License and has over 1000 hours of continuous education courses through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.
